Hi,
Aircooled VW engines don't have cylinder head gaskets. Did you mean rocker cover gasket?
If it's just a rocker cover gasket it's VERY easy to replace whilst it's still in the car. I'm only in Blyth - if you want a hand I can pop over. I've probably got a replacement gasket lying around too. |

THANKS FOR THAT BUT I HAVE FOUND IT IS A BROKEN PLUG THAT IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM ITS SORTED NOW SO WE ARE OFF TO REDCAR AT WEEKEND FOR VOLKSPOWER MAY SEE YOU THERE
